Register categories include Mission Impacts, Outcomes, Deviations, Malfunctions, Activated Barriers, Causal Factors (shown below), Risks, Risk Controls, Audit Findings, and Locations. 

As safety managers work through the issue process in VOCUS SMS, they’re automatically generating valuable insights. The new registers help provide meaningful data to better identify safety hazards encountered and raise awareness of risk.
